FC.House

A project aimed at the restoration of a small-scale property belonging to the small buildings of a historic center , in which the domestic space is made flexible, personal and colorful and reflects the dynamism of the lifestyle, the warmth and the desire of those who live there.

Every project to restore and enhance the past must respect the history and characteristics of the building and/or environment while achieving contemporary comfort.

If you respect the original features of the house, they will make it unique and “personal”.

The main facade, which overlooks one of the most beautiful views of the Marche city, has been completely restored while respecting its original materials , but the window frames have been replaced with new iron ones with single sashes to improve the thermal performance of the envelope and to maximize the entry of light.

A careful study of light characterizes the entire interior space, spanning three levels, divided functionally. To optimize circulation, the staircase is composed of different materials for each level. The section leading to the large roof terrace, so as not to obstruct the light entering from the skylights, is glazed, as is the balustrade, and then becomes opaque on the lower level.

On many occasions we have been fortunate enough to be able to guide the furnishing choices.

An environment where you can feel at ease in both private and more formal moments.

Thanks to the latest generation design.

We wanted to give great emphasis to the finishes, often mixed together with new effects and encouraging the desire to choose what best suits us.

The right atmosphere comes from good lighting and a blend of language, finishes, and the contemporaneity of a past and a present... A contemporary classic...
