D.D. House
Transformed into a contemporary villa on the hillside, it offers unparalleled views of Mount Conero while preserving its traditional charm. The original building has been meticulously restored, including the restoration of the exposed brickwork on the exterior, the tiled roof, and portions of the wooden floors.
Inside, only the load-bearing walls were retained to create large, open spaces. Everything revolves around the placement of the staircase and the "through" fireplace in the living area.
The park surrounding the house features a large swimming pool surrounded by light quartzite paving, and a small loggia that screens the pool at the main entrance.
