A&effe Architecture Studio
The small architecture studio owned by Architect Francesca Filippetti is located in Recanati, the city of Infinity... from which we draw inspiration for all our projects.
With our projects for the restoration of historic homes, we have sought to make the home and/or office space flexible, personal, and colorful, reflecting the dynamic lifestyle, warmth, and desires of those who live and use it. A space where you can feel at ease, both in private and in more formal and work-related settings.
Design and sustainability are always our "accomplices", even in the most rigorous restoration.
We place great importance on finishes, often mixed together with original effects, encouraging the desire to choose what best suits us.
Every project to restore and enhance the past must respect the history and characteristics of the building and/or environment while achieving contemporary comfort.
If the original features of the building are respected, they will make it unique and “personal”.
On many occasions, we've been fortunate enough to collaborate with the client to design even the smallest furnishing detail, achieving excellent results and satisfaction on both sides!
The right atmosphere comes from good lighting and a blend of language, finishes, and the contemporaneity of a past and a present...
A contemporary classic is always the winning weapon for us.
